This check helps you identify gaps in your preparation. It is for EU businesses placing in-scope wood products or furniture from non-EU countries on the EU market for the first time. Answer Yes only when the point is clear and supported by evidence. If you are unsure, choose No.

Eight questions

A No to any marked question triggers the Readiness Check recommendation, regardless of the total.

1. Have you confirmed your EUDR role, the products in scope and the application date that applies to you?

2. Do you have an up-to-date, complete supplier list for those products?

Critical point

3. Do you have the required geolocation data for every plot supplying the wood in those products?

Critical point

4. Is it clear who prepares, reviews and submits the due diligence statement (DDS) before the products are placed on the market?

Critical point

5. Can you link the supporting evidence to the actual products, batches or shipments you import?

Critical point

6. Is there a named person in your company who coordinates EUDR requests and unresolved issues?

7. Does the responsible person have working access to the EU Information System to submit your due diligence statements?

8. Could you provide the complete EUDR evidence for a shipment within 48 hours?

Critical point

This includes origin and legality evidence, evidence addressing the EUDR requirements on deforestation and forest degradation, and risk assessment where required. The 48 hours are LamNova's practical readiness benchmark, not a legal deadline.

Legal basis: EUDR, Articles 4, 6, 9, 12 and 33; Amendment 2025/2650. Internal ownership and the 48-hour benchmark are LamNova’s practical preparation prompts.
