Auf Deutsch: EUDR-Nachweise für Holz und Möbel aus Vietnam
You carry the due diligence obligation. The information sits with your suppliers. LamNova closes that gap: we work with your suppliers in their language and hand you evidence your team can check and use.
Where it usually breaks
Certificates and declarations arrive, but plot coordinates, harvest papers, and the link to your product are missing.
Your suppliers want to help, but do not know what format your due diligence needs, and requests in English get lost.
Evidence lives in inboxes and spreadsheets. Every shipment starts from zero.
How we work
01
We contact your Vietnamese suppliers directly, in Vietnamese, and collect what is needed.
02
Geolocation, GeoJSON format, documents, satellite data, and the wood-to-product link are checked before handover.
03
Evidence structured for your due diligence statement and internal review, with open points clearly marked.
04
Templates, trackers, and a process for the next shipment and the next supplier.
Your application date
Large and medium operators start on 30 December 2026. Small and micro operators do too for products already covered by the EU Timber Regulation, which includes most wooden furniture. Wooden seats (CN 9401) and other products outside that regulation give them until 30 June 2027.
Main application date
Large and medium operators, and downstream operators and traders of any size. Micro and small operators too, if their products were already covered by the EU Timber Regulation (EUTR).
Micro and small operators
Micro and small operators (established by 31 Dec 2024) for all other products. Micro or small primary operators can use a simplified declaration.
Newly added products
Products added to Annex I in 2026, such as soluble coffee and certain palm oil derivatives.

Sourcing from a low-risk country
Vietnam is classified as low risk, which allows simplified due diligence: you still collect the geolocation and legality information, but a full risk assessment is not required as long as nothing points to a problem. The classification follows the country of production. Timber imported into Vietnam from elsewhere keeps the risk level of its origin, which is exactly where many furniture supply chains need a closer look.
