I’m Quoc Thanh Lam — EUDR Compliance Consultant and founder of LamNova Consulting.
With 4+ years managing complex enterprise systems for brands like Henkel and Shiseido Professional, I’ve built my career making complicated operations work at scale. Now I apply that same discipline to EU regulatory compliance.
I work with EU importers and Vietnamese suppliers to build the systems, processes, and documentation needed for EUDR compliance — from risk assessment to TRACES-NT submission.
